Phyllis went out her way to make sure I was approved for her clients rental property. She stays on top of everything little thing I may pester her with and I am truly grateful and appreciative. Best realtor I've worked with yet. Moved here from Pennsylvania and she was our guardian angel. She not only found a elegant place right on the water, but it was in a safe and beautiful part of town. She was up front with everything that was going on with it. It was been a wonderful experience. We have hit some bumps, but she helped with them immediately. She is trustworthy and honest. I bought it for $62000 and it's worth over $130,000 now, in only 6 years. I was blown away by her expertise in guided me with my home purchase when I was searching. She will be honest and say you don't want that home for these reasons or you should seriously consider this purchase for these reasons-good neighborhood, good schools, low crime etc. She definitely knows neighborhoods and knows a good buy, when she sees it.
