Johns Hopkins All Children's Outpatient Care, Tampa

After a bad experience with another outpatient facility we decided to come hear. They (Michelle and Kimya in radiology) were absolutely amazing. They were completely positive about the experience which helped to ease my daughters nervousness. There was a nice man that came out with 3 toys that he told my daughter she could have if your completed the test she need to take. They had a movie going which helped grab my daughters attention.

My daughter had to drink something that does not taste very good. They were able to offer three flavors (Chocolate, Strawberry and Caramel). Ultimately my daughter chose Strawberry. This help give a little better flavor to the drink. Initially my daughter started drinking through the straw, but then was hesitant to drink any more.

Kimya then offered to try putting it in a syringe and then putting it in the corner of her mouth. This worked perfectly and she drank the amount needed.

I appreciate that both of them treated my daughter like a princess the entire time and were so positive.

The place we originally to her took was rude and made us feel like we were not welcome. If you have a kid, I highly recommend bringing them here. It made all the difference for us.

Cardiology is a wonderful group of people and my daughters are always treated well and their care has been very well managed- when we left Duke to move to FL, I must say I was quite nervous to read all the news articles but the truth is - those that are being held onto and allowed to maintain their roles THESE ARE THE REAL HEROS who stood up for our community.
