(February 22, 2021, 8:57 pm)Joyful Notion is by far my FAVORITE boutique in Tampa. The owners are absolutely amazing and, not to mention, very accommodating of my fur child. High quality clothing and high quality service. The flower bar is such a fun experience. I highly recommend booking a private party for an amazing intimate experience (I have had multiple girls nights and it’s truly the best). They also have the cutest gifts!! 10/10 recommend!!

They are respectful of covid guidelines and welcome small groups for flower arranging evenings. I appreciate the small businesses of tampa and this one is extra special.
