Endodontic Associates

My entire experience with Endodontic Associates, Dr Sainsbury, and their staff was top notch. From my first call to set up an appointment until I walked out of the office I could not have asked for more. I was provided an appointment within 2 days. On the day of the appointment I was received right away. Everything was fully explained to me regarding my health insurance coverage, my liability, and the procedure itself, including after care. Check-out was a breeze. Charges were exactly what they said they would be and I was encouraged to reach out to them should I have any questions or concerns after I left. The office was clean, smelled great, and was peaceful & quiet. There was no staff running around involved in their own conversations causing disruption to the office. There was a TV in the waiting room playing a family type movie. The examination rooms face the outside so nature can be viewed & enjoyed during the procedure. I could not have asked for more Except to not have the need for a dental procedure in the first place. Definitely recommended!

Great experience! From setting the appointment to checking in and getting to talk to the doctor was easy and pleasant. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Dr. Kasem knew right away how to help me and made sure the entire process was quick and pain free. His assistant Courtney helped the day of my root canal and she was wonderful. I have never experienced such a pain free and easy experience with a dental procedure before. I was able to return to work right after the procedure with no pain or issues- everyone at my office was shocked.

The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. The office receptionist got me in ahead of time due to pain I was experiencing, which was an infected tooth. Courtney is a great dental assistant answering all my questions concerning the root canal and followed up by phone. Dr. Kasem is an outstanding dentist that performed my root canal with no pain. Dr. Kasem is very skilled, gentle and is very efficient completing the root canal procedure.

Dr. Kasem and his staff are outstanding. I had a root canal which became more complicated than anticipated. I did not feel any pain, just some soreness as to be expected. During the entire process I never felt rushed or uneasy . The office decor and music is upscale and relaxing. The team was thorough and caring. Kelsey went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Dr. Kasem is an expert at what he does. I highly recommend the Tampa office.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sainsbury today! I went in for an x-ray and turns out I needed a root canal, which they were able to perform right there at the appointment. I have never gotten a root canal so I was nervous, but the process was 100% painless and easy as can be. I was in an out in an hour and went right back to work after. My coworkers couldn’t believe I was feeling so great after a root canal! And after insurance the cost was very low. What a great experience - I’ll be sure to come back here if needed!
