Dr. Scott and his staff are the best! I have been a paitent since January 2017. When initially first stepped foot into WSM. I wasn't very hopeful because I had been through the run down of crappy medical care and doctors with my diagnosis. However, it's been almost a year of seeing Dr. Scott every month just about and from day one he and his staff has changed my perspective. That there are doctors out there that see you more than just a $. From day one he has always been very thorough and clear on my options of what I need or can do to get better. Which it has helped tremdously! I'm a stay at home mom with 3 small children and cannot allow my chronic illness to control my life. So, I truly appericate all their help! I recommend him highly!

Dr. Scott is incredible! He takes the time to talk to you, explain to you what is going on, and he did a great job with my surgery. He was always very kind to me. I would recommend him wholeheartedly!

Dr Scott was very professional and did what the previous specialist DID NOT DO...that was to prescribe the correct tests & therapy. I appreciate him doing his job because after 3 weeks of the correct therapy...my son is doing well. Nevertheless, to match his professionalism D-1 needs to train their reception & phone staff. They are NOT at par with him and do NOT deliver what customers expect. When I have called..I have never been able to speak directly to a person during work hrs. Instead, I've always left messages and someone has called me back delaying the process. The man's voice on the main phone's recorded message is extremely low and in instances not quite clear. The Therapists are NOT D-1 they are A-1...Exceptionally...DARN Good! Finally, and in a more easy note...the music selection on the Therapy section coming out of the main speakers MUST be a little more representative of all musical tastes and less monotonous!!!

Dr Kevin Scott is a great Doctor!!! he does not fool around if he can do something to make you feel better he will do it! Lady saying he has no bedside manners must be joking or by vendetta trying to make the Dr look bad for her personal satisfaction.
Dr Scott is a lovely person and has Amazing Bedside manners. There are other Doctors in this practice but i will choose Dr Scott every single time. Waiting time varies there is usually a moderate waiting time but is a specialist office!!! People neglect to think this Dr deals with fractures and operative appointments so in my opinion there is always a waiting. Regarding the quotes "you need to calm down and if you don't like it then find another doctor" I may believe Dr Scott my have said something resemble to that after seeing or hearing Little Britain acting out as an entitlement person raising her voice and complaining causing a show for the other patients. Dr. Maclaren will say something similar if a person starts complaining and acting out about him running late.
