Dave is very knowledgeable and reliable.🌝 I had already spent $6,000 on a system that was not working. I hated to get rid of it but not even 24 hours later after Dave installed his system I am elated. Finally I have soft water for over a year the GE softener and the very expensive home filtration system I had was not working very well. Clearly!

Dave was very prompt and he even helped get my Reverse Osmosis System in the kitchen working correctly. People listen to me his pricing is very fair and reasonable for what you're getting. I get that he doesn't want to work on other people's junk systems . His price is less than half of what I paid for top-of-the-line system. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows water systems. You will get a good system with him. Trust me someone sold me an aquarium system as a drinking water system.😱

He will install a great system and maintain it for reasonable costs annually.

David really knows his stuff and is super friendly. We hired him to put in a whole house water softener system and an Alkaline filter in the kitchen. Don’t buy a junk system from the big box stores, call TB Water. You won’t regret it. We will be recommending TB Water to all our friends and family.

Our big box store water softener died today and as I drove around town trying to find the same model in order to swap it out I discovered the manufacturer was way behind in production and they’re no longer available! I sat in my car desperately trying to find a solution as my wife and son both are skin sensitive to the municipal water. I saw this recommendation and Dave answered right away. He was super nice and understanding of my issue, he was at my house in less than an hour with a brand new high efficiency water softener with a lifetime warranty so I’ll never be in this situation ever again! Stop buying cheaper, less reliable units and just call Dave and be done with it!

Dave did a great job! Our water feels fantastic and the set up looks great. Dave took the time talk to me about the best set up for us and where we could install it to best work for house. 5/5 have already recommended to others.

I really enjoyed working with Dave on this project. Having recently moved to South Tampa, I've learned that you have to quote multiple contractors due to the "South Tampa tax" where contractors all throw out ridiculous numbers assuming homeowners in certain areas will just pay for it. Its made me loathe the process of getting any work done on my house because of the sheer waste of time. Dave is literally the exact opposite of that - I called him, had a straightforward conversation on my needs and he shared the good, better, best model with fixed pricing. We came to a decision and he installed the water softener/conditioner and reverse osmosis drinking water system the next day. It all went smoothly and it looks great! More importantly, the performance of the system has been exactly as described. We absolutely love the reverse osmosis for drinking water - it tastes so good compared to the city water and we find that we drink even more water now. Lastly, there are no more stains and spots in our showers, toilets, sinks, dishwasher, etc. It truly is as advertised. So far my favorite contractor since we moved to Tampa. Thanks Dave!
