    Appointment time was 10am. Never have I been to a Doctor the was on TIME! Was in and out of office in less time spent at other Doctor's offices.

    The staff was welcoming and warm. I waited very little time to be seen. Dr. Chang greeted me with eye contact and a smile. That in itself is rare. He was thorough in getting medical history, listened carefully to my concerns. Dr. Chang easily diagnosed my problem and addressed my concerns.

    Initial tele-visit went extremely well. Dr. Chang exuded confidence and knowledge that immediately made the conversation comfortable.
