We went to see Ray and Mark at Cross Creek Auto for a second opinion not expecting much and they solved the problem within a couple of hours, free of charge. The business where we got the original quote from is highly reputable and so we were shocked that they were so far off the mark.
We feel grateful to have an honest and trustworthy mechanic right around the corner from where we live. Highly recommend coming to these guys first before you go anywhere else!!!! -

They never have a problem explaining and better yet showing me the issue.
