I was never promised anything that was not delivered. I tried to manage my expectations of the final product, as you never truly know what is going to come out the other side. I was blown away when I saw my vehicle, it far exceeded my expectations....a very rare thing indeed, especially nowadays!

Steve does a great job in communicating with me what’s going on and always gives me options when it comes to the repairs. On at least two occasions he has saved me money by not charging for frivolous work not needed on my high mileage vehicles. It is so hard to find an honest machanic and he is exactly that! He has Hughes Exterminators business as long as I’m in charge!!!
