After my shoulder surgery, I developed neck tension and my shoulder gets sore from time to time.. after a few minutes in the exams, Dr. Lau noticed my posture was affecting the way I breath. He explained this to me and performed some release techniques that same day. I couldn't believe how fast he noticed this issue as this wasn't something I told him about. In fact, I had seen different doctors and done different studies to see why my breathing was off. The doctors have never given me a reason till this day.. He is a far superior from other practitioners. He has great technique and is able to pin point your issues.

Dr. Lau is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable Physician. He was the only person able to relieve and completely cure my plantar fasciitis. I was in so much pain and tried physical therapy, chiropractic and massage but only felt momentary improvemnt. Only after a few treatments I was able to feel a lot of relieve and after about 12 sessions or my foot pain was completely. After a few months I injured my wrist. It was numb and tingly. He helped get better and return to yoga. I drive over an hour to see him as there are not many acupuncturists in this area with his skill level. He has "laser vision" and his ability to find the problematic area is superb. His dry needling techniques are above and beyond I have had in the past. If you have pain or want to improve your sports performance this is the place to be treated.



Dr Lau greatly helped me with chronic neck pain leading to headaches that had recently gotten much worse, such that chiropractic adjustments wouldn't hold, and stretching would actually irritate my neck more than help the situation. After the first treatment with Dr Lau, I could feel an immediate difference. And after a couple more subsequent treatments, the muscles were calmed down enough that I could finally do stretching and other types of treatments to further help my situation. I really appreciate Dr Lau's facilitation of my healing, and I definitely recommend his specialized form of acupuncture for stubborn musculoskeletal pain!

Dr. Lau is a knowledgable and experienced teacher and practitioner of acupuncture, with a special skill set in treating musculo-skeletal diseases. His deep undertanding of both Western and Eastern medicine puts him on the map alongside very few others; he is the only practitioner I would consider in the area for treatment of said conditions.
