  My husband and I are very happy with the service provided by Attorney John Miotke. I recommend the Firm Dehra Miotke to anyone looking for immigration services. I want to thank to all the staff including Jenny and the Paralegal Miss Perez who were very patient and helpful with me and my husband and guided us during the entire process. We were always very happy that they followed up on every and each detail of our case until we had the Green Card on our hands even during this difficult COVID-19 time. Attorney Miotke took time to explain everything to us in detail, even after the Green Card was issued and for that patience and care we are thankful. Everyone knows it is not an easy time with Immigration these days at all.

  The law firm of Dehra Miotke is a blessing from the skies for anyone needing immigration legal advice in the United States of America. I was referred to attorney John Miotke in mid 2008 or 2009, it's been such a long time ago. Nonetheless, from the very beginning, he and his team made me feel certain that everything would be ok. The friend who referred me told me once, " John does not take on a case that he can't win, nor has he lost a case in the many years he has been practicing his craft." Hearing that eased my mind and heart instantly. In late 2009, and thanks to the professionalism and the competent skills of John and his legal team, I was granted full permanent residency in the United States. Four years ago, when I was applying for citizenship, I went back to his law firm for assistance. I was then introduced to his new Paralegal Ms. Aisha Shah. Ms. Shah is truly a delight to work with; she's highly professional, intuitive, and a master at making sure that all needed documents are in place for John to go fight on one's behalf. Equally important, she and John were there for me in 2018 when I was applying to change the legal status of my now deceased mother, which was not a simple case to deal with, from TPS to green card holder. I know I have written a saga instead of a review, but I am so happy that attorney John Miotke and his Paralegal Aisha Shah are there to guide those seeking to start a new life in the United States. Honestly, if you need a strong, professional, and dedicate immigration law firm, look no further than Dehra Miotke for you will be in very good hands and you will see results.

  I was introduced to John and his team by a close friend after sharing the bad experience I was having with my then-attorney. After meeting with John and he reviewed my case, he immediately took it.
  
  It was very easy to work with John, he made the process appear seamless, each step was explained, and updates provided every step of the way. If you have or know anyone that has gone through the immigration process you will know that it is no cakewalk.
  
  My experience with this firm is one that I have never encountered before, service is often provided to someone because of the financial gain/outcome however it is different for this team. They ensure that a relationship is established with their clients, emotional connections are made and the experience throughout the process is shared.
  
  The team is very detailed oriented, ensuring nothing is missed and you are well prepared for whatever is to come. Their vase knowledge and years of experience made it very easy for me and my wife to be at ease as we worked through the process. I strongly recommend this firm to anyone who is seeking legal representation as they go through the immigration process as there is no doubt that the result will be a positive one.
