Went to Toyota to get a quote for a new clutch for my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Toyota quoted me $2400.00. I was blown away at that price. I called around and ran across this gem of a place, Mr. Stix Brakes & Clutch. I called for a quote and spoke with Patrick. His price beat Toyota by a long shot! I dropped my FJ Cruiser off on the 5th of Dec and it was ready on the afternoon of the 6th. I picked up my FJ on the morning of the 7th. Patrick saved my old clutch plate to show me how worn out it was...lets just say it was good I get it replaced when I did. He also preformed a courtesy brake inspection. My previous clutch lasted 110,000 miles. Patrick informed me there is a 90 day warranty on the install and parts. When I got in the FJ to drive off, I was very happy at how great the new clutch felt. It was so easy to push in, and shifting was smooth. Patrick called me on the 8th of December to make sure everything was going good with my vehicle. He also advised me know that if I run into any issues to feel free to give him a call. His customer service and knowledge of clutches is incredible! I highly recommend this place to anyone, as Patrick is a highly skilled mechanic on all makes and models.
