With rising housing prices, I’m so happy CAN is affordable and offers many amenities. My niece loves the ducks around the pond when she comes to visit.

(December 22, 2021, 5:27 pm)I have lived here for 10 years and it’s been the best choice I’ve ever made in all of my years of being a renter. My townhouse faces a beautiful lake full of wildlife (every home has a water view!). The complex is beautifully maintained, service calls if needed are same day, but the icing on the cake is the peace and quiet you get to enjoy. I cannot recommend living here enough!
