The Home Depot

Let me put it this way: our washer broke unexpectedly and we were made painfully aware of the washer penury due to the pandemic, yet Home Depot was a life saver. We started by going to a competitor down the street which seemed to have the best deal. Despite their promises, they had none of the washers we liked in stock. The fastest they would have them would be in March and May. Home Depot, however, had a great washer available within 5 days. We were so relieved! The customer representative, a gentleman that I am sorry not to remember by name, was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The team who came to deliver and install it, with a phone number with the name Walker Rachel, was absolutely amazing. I was explained how to use the washer and helped set the first wash. I cannot be more grateful and we will always choose Home Depot on Bruce B. Downs over their competitor from now on.

This is genuinely the best Home Depot I have ever been to. The employees are extremely attentive, and don't stand around waiting for something to happen. If you care about quickly getting back to your project, this is the the place.

Has everything I need for home projects

Curbside pickup was great! I accidentally parked in the wrong area and Evan (young gentleman) was able to find me and fulfill my order! Great store. Never disappoints. Friendly service.

Good variety of supplies.. staff could be more present to help.
