I had a bad experience with Safelite Glass as I rearranged my entire busy day just to have the guy call me at the last minute and cancel on me. He asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I told him absolutely not. Why would I give them the opportunity to do that to me again. I found cornerstone on Google as I am big on reading reviews and reached out to them and Bryan I literally did all of the legwork for me as I was pretty frustrated with my previous phone call to Safelite. I highly recommend using this company as they are great with customer service which is what a lot of companies lack these days and it’s really frustrating. Things like this are small to companies as they do it every single day, but this is big to a family as they have to rearrange their schedule which is sometimes not easy. The gentleman that came and replaced the windshield was very prompt and notified me of everything and even asked me to do a walk-through to make sure i was happy, the guys in the field is also the face of the company it wasn’t just Bryan that helped so much.
