  This is hands down the best medical care I have ever received! Dr.Faza was the most amazing doctor I have ran into in an urgent care setting. He took the time to speak with me and put my mind at ease, I feel a thousand times lighter. Thank you so much!

  👍The place is new and everyone there is so Kind. I didn’t have to wait long. My triage was done with SHANTEL. She is so sweet. The whole staff is very professional and always smiling.They have all images exames. I had a CT.
  I strongly recommend to go at this location if you get sick. The best urgent care I have been .

  Unfortunately, I've been in the midst of several medical events in my past that had made me more than familiar with hospitals and urgent care center visits. GuideWell happened to be one that was close to me while visiting from out of town and I am so glad they were the one I chose to address my medical concerns. They were so kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay while all tests where performed. Each nurse or doctor that was tending to me was super friendly, informative, accommodating, and nothing short of reassuring. I don't go out of my way to really write reviews on Urgent Care centers of all places but I felt compelled to do so because I had a comfortable experience while not feeling my best. Thank you for opening a place where you can tell the nurses actually care and enjoy what they are doing.

  This is the best medical care I’ve received in Tampa in 22 years. A real MD actually spent 15 minutes talking with me about my situation and what the best course of action to take. The facility is new, well kept, extremely well staffed and everyone was helpful.

  I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Guidewell Emergency care is. I went in in severe pain, anxiety ridden and left in happy tears and the most comfortable I've been in 6 months. They took time with me. Frank and Dr Brandon Faza are amazing. Literally did more for me in one day than my primary care physician has in 6 months. They have made progress with my diagnosis and are still working with me. This team cares. The gals up front were so kind and so helpful to me too. Sarah the nurse was wonderful too. This is the best urgent care facility I've ever experienced. Would give 100 stars if I could. Go here for your urgent care needs. I can't sing enough praises. 💛💚❤️
