I wanted to surprise my date by having her favorite cake (carrot) served for her birthday at the end of dinner at Olivia’s so I looked for the best cake bakery in Tampa and CakeTastic looked amazing but you needed to order a few days in advance. I went to the store (all their cakes are baked to order) and was greeted by Anastasia, the warm welcoming owner whose recipes are the cakes she bakes. I went at noon told her how this was our first date and she told me she would text me when it was done - not only was that sweet of her the cake not only looked amazing it tasted amazing so much so my date, the aficionado, had never tasted a carrot cake that good.

This place is amazing! My fiancé and I tried her cakes for our taste testing. Anastasia was warm and so ready to adapt and show us different flavors. She made us feel at home. Plus, her cakes are PHENOMENAL. Extremely moist, not too sweet and her fruit fillings are to die for. I would highly recommend her!

Fantastic is how I describe Caketastic. Everybody should try the happy cups! These are individually served. I ordered the chocolate chocolate as well as the key lime and neither disappointed. The care and love that goes into each dessert and cake that is made from Caketastic is apparent with each bite. Try anything that Anastasia makes and you will be thrilled that you did! I am looking forward to trying the sweet potato pies and the cheesecake next.

Had to order my daughter’s wedding cake from RI. Sent some photos of a winter looking wedding cake because her January RI wedding was cancelled. Talked on the phone about what we wanted. It came out fantastic. It was carrot with cream cheese frosting. It was as delicious as it was beautiful. Highly recommend Caketastic. Will definitely choose them for future events.
