(September 12, 2019, 4:55 pm)The staff at Dr. Nieves office gave me a nice and happy welcome. The registration process was quick and on time. I was called into the office within minutes of arrival for vital signs and basic health information. Dr. Nieves arrived within minutes and spent a long time with us. Dr. Nieves is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. He talks to you in basic, easy to understand language. He makes you feel safe and comfortable. Before he left the office he made sure that I understood everything about my condition, the instructions for my medication, planned procedure and recovery. His staff happily coordinated my procedure appointment within a short period of time. They sent the prescriptions to my pharmacy. The waiting room, bathroom and office were spotless clean. The waiting room is peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend Dr. Nieves to anyone!
