  I personally think that only highly entitle and those annoying people you deal with in the publis would ever give this place a bad review. EVERY person here made me comfortable and had the upmost professionalism. I'll admit after reading some of these reviews I was apprehensive, but the negative couldn't be further from the truth. They are extremely thorough here and helped me stay calm when another doctor had me in tears. Thank you ladies so very much.

  Amanda (office manager), Dr. Patel, and staff, thank you for being kind to me after my terrible experience at the 14710 Bruce B. Downs office. It was a long a trip from home but worth it. Before I even knew Amanda was the office manager, she was so kind. I thought she was a tech. She was doing work like other techs and wasn’t opposed to even answering the phone; and what a sweet bedside manner she has! Dr. Patel was willing to do what another doctor wasn’t: treat me accordingly. We made a deal that I would get the treatment I wanted as long as she could inspect me further inside and see me again in 4 weeks. She ran some tests and we were good. During my procedure Amanda held my hand while I was in a bit of pain. I may have squeezed her hand too tight but I wouldn’t know since she remained so kind the whole time. She stayed with me during the entirety of my visit. I appreciate that a lot. Thanks for your kindness ladies.
