The pickup service is pretty good. But what I am not happy about is the times of the day the trucks arrives. The green bin is usually picked up at about 7-8 am, but the black bin could be as late as 5 pm. That means that I have to put out the bins the previous day, but may not be able to retrieve them until the next day, depending on when I get home. Wish they can shorten the span for the three bins to make it less of a hassle for the weekly chore.

The drivers are so friendly and professional.
The people on the phones are always helpful and very nice.
I love Waste Management. They make trash pick-up FUN!
