  I have lived at Grand Key for over 6 years. Overall the complex is quiet, safe, and well maintained.

  This place is close to everything! Not far from St Pete. 10 minutes to downtown Tampa. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I see that negative comments posted are about parking in someone’s reserved parking spot and getting towed. Some people refuse to accept personal responsibility I guess. Guest spots are clearly marked. Also, the area is very clean.

  I'm an owner at Grand Key. It's located in a very convenient area with easy access to Tampa and St Pete. The pool is very nice and it's quiet most of the time. Most of the negative comments on here are regarding the parking situation. There are few guest spots; it's a huge complex with lots of units, so space is at a premium. Every unit has assigned parking spaces. You know the number of assigned spaces when you buy/lease a unit, so I don't know why it seems to come as a surprise that people can't find room for their extra vehicles.
