As a Property Manager / Real Estate Agent, I work with many title companies, and I have to say my experience with Daniel Donis at Suncoast Title was definitely a good one! I met Daniel as he was the title company for the sellers and I was the buyers agent. Unfortunately we were not able to close on the loan because the seller two days before closing realized it was not beneficial for them to sell, but the process until then was very professional on Daniels part. Due to that I decided to give Daniel my current listing to work on with me. It is very hard to find people that take it upon themselves to go above and beyond the service provided, that is why I highly recommend Daniel for your listings and / or any of your title needs. As he will do a great job!
