I was really pleased with Buster and Dee Levin, they made selling my townhome in S. Tampa a pleasurable experience. Not something I thought I would ever say when it came to selling real estate! I was listed with another realtor initially and they were not able to sell my home. The Levins took over my property and had professional photos taken that really highlighted the best features of the townhome that I thought were missing in my previous listing. They also wrote a great description about the property that really caught your imagination and hit all the best points. From start to finish they were professional, knew their market and priced it appropriately and kept me updated throughout the experience. They marketed it aggressively, had plenty of open houses and were enthusiastic throughout. From the first meeting to signing the final papers I was impressed. I highly recommend them. If I need a realtor again I know who I’ll be going to.

My wife and I found Buster two years ago on Instagram. We would watch his South Tampa sunrise weather report every morning. We will never forget his intro, "Good morning South Tampa!" At that time we had just started planning our move to the Tampa area. A year later this past January we were visiting Tampa and decided to give Buster and his team a visit. We were thrilled at how well he knew all of the surrounding areas and had several suggestions for us to review over the following months. By the time we finally were able to make the move, many delays due to covid. The housing market was very intense and anything we liked would only make it on the market for a day or two.
