  I had gone to 4 other mattress stores before coming to the mattress firm at soho where I was helped by Rachael. Upon walking in the door, she was already helping another customer, but she immediately took the time to greet me. The atmosphere just felt welcoming and comfortable. I really appreciated her honesty about each of the mattresses I was considering and she made it very easy for me to make the most informed decision on what would be suitable for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and attention. She also knew that I was working with a certain budget and did not pressure me in any way to buy something outside of my means. In fact, she did a fabulous job on working with me on making my purchase affordable and I left feeling confident in my purchase.   I was so impressed with Rachael when she approached me. I really into Customer Service and how I'm talked to and treated. She was so down to earth and so knowledgeable. I have been to 2 other locations and never knew that the bed we wanted had options. When she showed me the remote I was shocked. My wife has Fibromyalgia and this is just what we needed. Maybe because we talked about Financing and they thought the extra wouldn't be good for our pocket. You have a great Salesperson and I appreciate it!

  I had a wonderful experience at MF on S Dale Mabry. David initially greeted me, and I expressed to him what kind of mattress I was looking for. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. As more customers came in, Rachael began helping me make a decision. She was knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was having a pleasant shopping experience, and worked diligently to stay within my budget. I spent at least two hours in the store, and both Rachael and David couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant the entire time. They even gave me a balloon for my birthday (cheesy, but showed the dedication to their job and customers to have a pleasant shopping experience). I will continue to refer my family and friends, and personally shop with them in the future.

  I went to this place this morning just after it opened, and was greeted by Rachel. She really knows her stuff! I have little to no experience in the “buying a mattress” department, but after a few questions, Rachel was able to narrow down and guide me to just the bed I had longed for! Not to mention she was able to keep the price reasonable, and even offered a financing option. Nice shop, impeccable customer service. I’m looking forward to sleeping in soon!

  Had a great experience! Rachael was super helpful, responsive, and went out of her way to find the perfect mattress for me. The bed I purchased fit my budget and was so much more comfortable than I expected it to be. She made everything super convenient, was very professional, and at the end of the day helped me find a mattress that exceeded what I was looking for! Very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend. :)
