He has searched each year for policies that have a lower premium and has advised us when an inspection could lower our premium by hundreds of dollars. His company gets a 5 five star rating from us for the last 10 years. They are willing to raise/lower any coverage amounts. Tim.

If he thinks there are better options out there for you, he will tell you (even if they are not with him). Obviously he wants your business but he also wants to look out for your best interests. I definitely recommend Spencer Financial.
