Red Lobster

I have been here a couple times, and have never been disappointed. It's a nice place, good service, and good food. My favorite dishes are the lobster pizza, the ultimate feast

The Servers we're Excellent they went above and Beyond. The food was good as was the atmosphere. Of course we were there for a late afternoon lunch date, so it wasn't as crowded as it would be if we were having a dinner date.

We had not been to Red Lobster for a while and decided to go there for some sea food. When we arrived we were seated right away by the hostess. We waited for more than 5 minutes before any service. I sat wondering why no one had come to serve us being they were not busy. Eventually the hostess came back to ask us what we wanted to drink. I asked her if they still had happy hour and she didn’t seem to know. A minute later a waitress came to to take our order for drinks and Appetizers.
We were then greeted by the manager who introduced himself as Daniel. He was very polite and apologetic for the delay of service. I was very suprised to hear that he had noticed that we had sat there for a while with no service. We never complained about the lack of service but I was very pleased to hear from him that he was attentive to his customers and reached out immediately to correct the issue. He then offered to compliment our Appetizers. I thought that was very kind and generous.
The Appetizers and food was delicious!. The lobster Pizza is a must try! I tried a new item on the Menu. The New Orleans Salmon with shrimp toppings and it was absolutely delicious! The meals were very well prepared, tasty and served hot.
Overall, the Ambiance was good. We enjoyed our dinner and ended up having a good experience because the manager was on top of his restaurant. He was very Professional and took the time to acknowledge the problem and corrected the problem with ease. Our waitress was also very attentive. We will definitely be back for another delicious meal.
