If you are considering counseling for whatever reason I would HIGHLY recommend Charley. I have had so-so experiences with therapy in the past so I was hesitant, but the tools Charley gave me to help conquer my anxiety were invaluable. Charley provides a non-judgmental environment to process your emotions and feelings while also empowering you to make the changes necessary to improve your mental health. She is an excellent provider and I enjoyed seeing her as a patient.

Needless to say, my new experience has been amazing! So thankful I gave it a second chance. The sessions are paying off in huge way. I’ve always been incredibly nervous and reluctant to have my child do counseling so I wasn’t quite sure of what to expect with starting this. Charley has made my child feel extremely comfortable and safe. She has brought her new insight and solid advice on many different situations teenagers face these days. She feels empowered to overcome any issues with having her to talk to. I’m very grateful for her helping my child.
