Tampa Woods Apartments

I was helped by a young lady named Christian. She was efficient, helpful and polite.

The Service Technician did an excellent job on transferring our data to our new phones.

I used the verizon store in douglasville. Straightalk who i was previously with gave me so many run arounds and Paul was very patient and helped me with every issue and got me a new phone and affordable service ☺️☺️

Paul was awesome to both my husband and I. He made the experience of trading in my old phone so much easier. It's difficult to change, but I'm glad that I did. Goodbye note 10 & hello Samsung 22 plus. Looking forward to many years of experience.

What a world of difference. I first went to the Newnan Verizon store and was treated like dirt. I then drove to this store and had a great experience the employees were very helpful they gave me the information I was seeking and helped me to purchase a new IPhone. I can’t believe the contrast in customer service from one branch to the other. I will drive the additional 40 minutes every time to get the service I got today!

I lived here before and moved to a “newer” apartment complex when my lease was up. Big mistake!! So when my lease was up there I moved back to Tampa Woods. My apartment is HUGE. The price is reasonable, the new manager is super nice, and the community is tucked away off Hillsborough. I can’t hear and street noise, I have room to move around and best of all? No breezeway where I have to hear and smell all my neighbors. Love my apartment.

The ladies here are all amazing. Tasha consistently moved mountains for me even in unfavorable circumstances. The apartment property manager is incredibly understanding and has really made the process great. Having these two ladies on your side will really make the place feel like home. I see a lot of people unhappy in the comments but it all seems to be from the previous management team. The apartments are beautiful and anyone would be lucky to call this place home.

I was skeptical about this place due to a lot of negative reviews about the office staff to the apartments being dated.

Well guys Tasha, was amazing. So far, she has made this process seamless. She’s answered all of my questions with ease and had no issues with showing me multiple units.

The apartments are spacious and for the price and location, you can’t beat it.
