Had the opportunity to allow the staff at the Alexa house to care for my Loved one and they were life savers! My husband suffered with Huntington Chorea which is a rare illness he inherited from his dad. Nursing homes were not staffed for him even the ones with V.A. contracts turned him away, Imagine how disheartening that was since he gave 24 years to the U.S. Army. After a call to A Place For Mom, they put me in touch with the Alexa. Upon entering the home it was spotless, all you could smell was home cooking?the staff was very pleasant and the residence were clean and sitting in the family room not restricted to their rooms. My initial visit was unexpected. That is where my husband spent the last two years of his life till he lost his battle to Huntington. I thank God for the staff, management and the residence there. I would pray if you have someone you Love and is in need of care check out the Alexa. Cannot thank them enough. Signed NO REGRETS.
