  I train with weights 5 days a week and I'm generally very tight and sore in the lower back and shoulders area, I've struggled with this for years. I have been seeing Dr Sean at Innate Chiropractic in their Wesley Chapel location for about 6 months. Since seeing Dr Sean my mobility, inflammation and general soreness has decreased to levels that are undetectable in my daily life. If you have a need for a chiropractor and you are in the Wesley Chapel area definitely call an Innate Chiropractic and Wellness. I highly recommend this service provider!!

  I have been adjusted by both Dr. Rachel and Dr. Sean. They are both great! They take the time to listen and act accordingly. I am forever grateful to Dr. Rachel for seeing me on a holiday when I was in a lot of pain. She took the pain away. Then on a separate day, Dr. Sean was able to see me on short notice when I was in pain and he took the pain away also! They both have great techniques that really zero in on what is causing my pain. I would recommend them to anyone wanting caring and skilled chiropractors.

  Dr. Rachel is an excellent chiropractor. Her knowledge and skills are top-notch. She listened patiently to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend her for your chiropractic needs.

  I contacted Dr. Rachel when we learned I was breech at 36 weeks. I also suffer from chronic neck/head pain and migraines after an injury and have seen a few chiropractors in my past, but none of them were specialized in the Webster technique and prenatal care. She helped optimize the position of my pelvis so we were able to have a successful External Cephalic Version and avoid c-section (I wish I had started Prenatal Chiropractic sooner). My baby girl and I now go to see Dr. Rachel weekly together because she is the best!

  My husband started seeing Dr Rachel and I saw him feeling so much better and able to so much more, as if he was getting younger. He doesn’t even catch colds anymore. So I decided I needed to join in so I could keep up. Dr Rachel has been working on my neck and working out problems that have been there for over a decade. Greatly improved and glad I found her.
