As a case manager your always looking for ways to ensure the wellbeing and safety of your patient. Even when ordering home health, there are still days the patients go without that extra pair of eyes or hands to help them. This is where Concierge has come in and taken our patient care to another level. By providing their caregivers detailed protocols that are personalized for each patient, that worry about safety has diminished. I’ve received numerous praises from my patients and their families about the care they have received by Concierge Care and for this, they will be my preferred provider for private duty care.

My experience has been outstanding! I have others to compare and this is by far the best. Kevin made sure the personality and needs were matched and each staff care was very caring and qualified to help dad and mom.. My father and mother responded well when other services didn't quite meet the needs. The team gave me such relief in challenges and the portal to communicate with staff while assisting was so very helpful. My peace of mind in leaning on others to help care and love my parents would not be possible without Kevin and staff. Blessings to you all!

I am a current employee. I've been with Concierge for about 7mnths. I have been in the Medical field, for about 8 yrs. I can say from experience, that I have not worked for a better company, Then Concierge Care. They truly are a family. They've been there for me, through my most difficult days, And have supported me 100%. They truly believe in matching a client with each caregiver. That is something that I respect highly of this company. Its not just putting a body with just any client. My superiors are people of family, And Compassion to all employees. They have the qualities, That are most important to me, when it comes to being a caregiver. Patience, Understanding, Communication, And Family.. I am proud to represent Concierge Care, And will always uphold the most respect and Work Ethics to the best of my abilities.
