I have been taking Pure Barre classes for almost two weeks now and I LOVE it. It gets me out of bed in the morning and gives me energy for the day. I started Pure Barre to alternate with my running days. The low impact moves allow me to take a class one day and run another without straining myself. I can tell how taking each class changes my body and is actually making me a better runner. The instructors are wonderful and helpful during the class. I also like the small size of the studio. If you’re curious, I highly recommend giving Pure Barre a try. The moves and holds take a little getting used to, but hang in there and you’ll get it by the end of your trial week.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and fantastic workout! Two words: Muscle Control! I've done bootcamp, boxing, kickboxing, yoga...always thought I was in great shape. Then I went to Pure Barre (totally mean that in a good way!) The ladies there are so helpful in showing you form and technique. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Best decision I've made for myself!! LOVE everything about my experience. The staff are all amazing, kind and helpful. I feel amazing after each class and no two are the same. Pushes you while being fun and unique. Definitely recommend to anyone who's tired of the same old boring gym exercises.

I come here every 3 months or so when I'm visiting my parents in Palm Harbor. They are always so friendly. They remember my name. And the workouts are always intense & leg shaking! Love Janice & Aimee! The best clothing selection (I always want buy 1/2 of it). And the cutest bathroom in any PB that I've been to.
