Blackstone Medical Services

I was impressed with the process Blackstone uses to get the study initiated. I was contacted by text informing me my physician had scheduled a sleep study. Another text letting me know they had to get approval from my insurance company. Another stating approval was gotten and I would be contacted. Rozier called today and stated all above was concluded and to set up receiving the equipment. She was courteous, professional and friendly. We will see if I get the equipment as explained. If so, it will have been a very pleasant experience.

We played phone tag for several days but they sent me updates on the MD referral and insurance authorization. James is outstanding with his knowledge and support offering thorough instructions, explaining the process from start to finish. Very personable and ensured could contact him w/questions once I receive it, use it, and return it.👍

Blackstone took care of everything! They received the sleep study order from my doctor, ran it through my insurance, obtained the prior authorization and took care of the billing. I received text message updates every step of the way and due to their efficiency, I never worried or gave it a second thought. I only had to lift one finger, and that was to answer their call this morning! The representative (I don't recall his name, but he was wonderful!) scheduled my delivery and went over the device, testing process, requirements, expectations,
results, and insurance info. Best experience with a medical service EVER! 😀

Adam was great getting me set up to have my test kit sent out to me. He answered all of my questions when I was on the phone with him and then I had another question a few days later and he was very helpful. I definitely recommend blackstone, the customer service has been wonderful. They were also quick to get the approval from my insurance as well.
