Easy connection via tram from the terminal. Open and airy with all the counters easy to access. Then its an escalator ride to the level where the cars are. Most of these are under cover, so your car is not super hot if you get it in the summer time.

Very clean. Train moves very quickly. Customer service is great. Recommend this place.

Bright comfort and clean train.

I rode the Sky Connect people mover from the main TPA Tampa International Airport terminal to the Economy parking garage and then onto the airport's new Rental Car Center. It was less than 5 minute ride from start to end.

Once you arrive at the car rental center there are plenty of seating areas, helpful employees to greet and guide you upon exiting the train, and several car rental agencies including; Avis, Budget, Payless, Zipcar, Enterprise, Alamo, National, Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, Ace, Advantage, E-Z, Executive, Fox, and Sixt. You can also print your boarding pass at one of the many available kiosks.

The trains come about every 2 minutes, so there is almost no wait time, so no worries if you miss a train. Like most trains at other airports, you can bring all your luggage easily onto the train, and there are several hand rails to grip during the slightly jerky ride.

The train ends just past the cell phone waiting lot, so if you want non-congested access to pick up or drop off versus the sometimes dead stopped traffic lanes at the red and blue terminals, then you can use the Remote Curbside drop off location. There are large HART buses, airport shuttles, taxi's, Lyft, and Uber, and personal vehicles all available and allowed to come to the remote curbside drop off area.

This area has several covered benches you can sit outside and wait on, or you can wait inside. The train drops you off at the 4th floor, and to get here you go to the 1st (main) floor via elevator. SkyConnect is a great addition to the airport.
