She may be cleaning where the food is located (veggies + meats) and the bread (oven part). Out of ALL the subways I have gone to, this subway is super clean and the environment is always welcoming! “I’m currently a resident here in the community and I’m just a few months away from approaching my full year. I must say, living here at this property has been great. I love calling this property my home. The complex is beautiful, gated, in a great location. The front office staff has been super friendly, especially both Kaylee and Jesse, but the overall PAC team as a whole has been phenomenal as my previous community prior towards 5 oaks was also part of PAC. I love the area as things are nearby such as grocery stores, the bank, gas station etc, just a very convenient location in general. The maintenance crew is very responsive and also super nice. I must say the only disappointment that I personally I have towards the complex is the parking because I like to have a group of friends over from time to time and the visitors parking is very limited as parking is more catered to the residents, if there were a larger visitors parking lot, it would definitely make things much easier for residents and their guests. Overall, I’m very pleased and highly satisfied with the community itself , not only as a resident but as someone who specializes in customer relations. I’m already looking into renewing my lease and I must say, me getting excited about continuing my stay in a community that I actually like and enjoy, really says a lot. ? ??”

“The only reason this place isn't getting 5 stars is because of the service. It wasn't a busy day when my husband and I went. We finished our appetizer and first round is drinks and waited quite awhile before our waiter came over to even take our orders for our actual meal. Now I'm not for overbearing waiters but I think we saw this person 3 times our entire meal. Good thing we got a bottle of wine instead of another round of single drinks next. As for the food, the food was fantastic. I can't say enough about the Carbonara! I really like that they have a small bowl option for the pastas so you can try a few! Ravioli was very delicious as well. The pizza was extremely good (this coming from a WNY gal so it's got a high standard to live up to). The crust has a great flavor and it's cooked very nicely. The only thing was the pizza was a little salty and I LOVE salt but I mentioned this to our waiter just so that he was just aware for other guests. He then proceeded to try and make up excuses as to why it's salty instead just simpling saying "thank you! I'm sorry about that. I'll let our chef know". I got a list of reasons, most which didn't make any sense, on the difference reasons it could taste that way. Mind you we got a white pizza that has olive oil, mozzarella, ricotta and some pancetta. Zero reason for it to be as salt as it was. Again overall the food here is amazing. Our service unfortunately put a little damper on it.”

I have had their Cubans pressed very full of flavor once you try their cubans you will NEVER GO BACK TO LATIN AMERICA TRUST ME they used their roast pork on the Cubans not sandwich meat . I have tried their fried rice with the pulled pork and black beans. We love their plain yellow rice its very moist . I have tried their potatoes with carrots and the roast pork. Look the food here is very well seasoned if you live anywhere off 78th, bloomingdale ,Madison ,or causeway you won't go anywhere else I promise. it smells so good when you walk in these pictures don't do it justice but wow you will love it just try it.
