“IHOP is highly recommended for my family. My Children loves the breakfast. We attend for breakfast dates on Saturday mornings with family and sometimes friends. We will definitely continue to visit this location because of the service and wait time. The Waitress we had her name was CARMEN C. She has outstanding Customer service, She's so Engaging, Pleasant, Friendly and overall nice. It didn't seem forced or staged, She spoke so well it was almost soothing. She was VERY Attentive, we didn't have to ask for refills, napkins or condiments. She brought everything before we opened our mouths.. It was a Very Hospitable experience. “Spoke to Brian about having a rusted out exhaust pipe in my 130 Yamaha. Told me to come up. Checked it out and told me that power head needs to be removed and a bunch of new parts to be installed. He quoted me $800 for everything. I thought that to be a fair price and left the boat. Called me a week later, told me boat was done and that he was able to do the whole job for $545!!!! I was thrilled. Picked it up and it performed flawlessly. Franzen Marine and Brian the owner, are professionals, straight forward, no fluff, no gimmicks. They always have one man live band every night and is actually very good. I had a Mambo Hamburger and it was delicious but it took a while to get the food, therefore minus one star.
