“What a GREAT experience! I put my own in-ground flagpole up a few years ago and it finally failed. I called and visited ABC Flag & Pennant and ordered a new 20' telescoping pole with 6' flag and had it installed today. The owner, who is a 93 year old WWII Veteran, wounded during the Okinawan Campaign in 1945 and his assistant installed the pole, which looks MAGNIFICENT! He was such a gentleman and so interesting to chat with. Truly a FANTASTIC representative of the Greatest Generation EVER! I HIGHLY recommend them and URGE all of my Veteran Brothers and Sisters to have ABC Flag & Pennant Company install a 20' telescoping flagpole at your residence!!!”

“What a great experience!!! It’s so satisfying to see there are still honest people in this business. The staff member (I’m so sorry I can’t recall the tall gentleman’s name! That’s on me: memory issues) was very helpful, polite and friendly. He took time to inspect my two (Samsonite) suitcases. On the first one, he just adjusted the handle right then and there. Just like that! The second one, he couldn’t fix it; but without me even asking, he checked the warranty. So, he let me know it’d be sent to the manufacturer to have the problematic part exchanged; and then it’d be delivered to my house - at no cost. And I went there prepared to pay for both suitcases to be fixed. A day later, I got a message from Samsonite letting me know the suitcase couldn’t be fixed and they’d send me a new one. I got it within a week and it was an even newer model than mine. You and Samsonite rock! I’ll be your customer for life.”

“Great selection of cars and great customer service, especially by Frank McMahen at the Florida Ave location in Tampa, Florida. My only gripe with the company is the very high interest rates, although it may only be because of my current credit rating. But on the plus side, the interest is calculated month by month, unlike many "buy here pay here" dealerships that immediately make the payoff amount of the car include all interest, as if you were still paying monthly for the full term of the loan. So basically if you car costs $15k, but with interest you are paying $19k, you can still pay $15k and pay off the loan 3 months after leaving the lot. While other lots may make the payoff amount $19k as soon you leave the lot.”

In 2015 we reached out to them for guidance on replacing that equipment with a new plotter that had all the features we were looking for. “The "24-hour" gas stations in this area are quite a challenge! Everyone is open to sell gas, but try to find one that is open to use the rest room is a challenge! The nice people at the Racetrack sent me down here when I called them on the phone when their doors were locked. Super nice girl behind the counter was friendly and welcoming.
