I dropped a 26foot vessel with trailer to get it repaired boat sat at there house after90 plus days then i donald howard got a phone call saying that Scott which is chances dad that owns the shop states that dad is having some problems at shop and now can't repair now Scott ask for us to pick the vessel when we get there the vessel had parts missing and now shifter cables locked up from setting out side in the elements an is refusing to replace what went bad i will not ever take a nether thing to them

Found the shop by accident but I’ll never take my trucks anywhere else! Chelsea has great customer service and takes care of me every time. I’m a Happy customer:)

Always friendly, professional, and helpful. Haven't taken my vehicle anywhere else in 10 years. Great family run business.

I gave them an approval on replacing an injection pump on my RV over a month ago. Now I can’t seem to get anyone to call me back or let me know if the work is done.
Very frustrating not to get a call back nor get someone on the phone.
I can’t see how they stay in business without communicating with their customers.

Here’s an update to my previous review.

11/29/2020
After my original review I received a call from Jim’s Auto Service Manager. We had a conversation about my concerns, and I was pleased and convinced that my RV will be repaired soon.
10 days later as I was promised, I received a call from the office that my RV was ready.
I requested them to make sure it was safe to be driven on the Hwy since it was sitting for a while.
They rechecked it and gave me the green light.
I picked up the RV Saturday morning. It started and sounded like new again. I drove it for an hour plus and it ran great.

Life is full of experiences and lessons. The more we learn from it the better people we become.
I am 100% pleased with the outcome of my experience with Jim’s Auto and staff. I will continue servicing my RV/vehicle @ Jim’s Auto& Truck.
