  The staff was wonderful. I understand that it wasn't cheap but it was wasn't extravagant. Karen my coordinator was incredible. The compassion really shows. They did not nickel and dime me. The made an awful experience bearable. Highly recommend this place. I pre-bought the package and they did not increase the price at all. Wonderful place!!!!

  My Mom’s funeral service was held at Sunset Gardens earlier this week. During this painful time of planning the services both Karen and Billy Wentz were very helpful and caring. Karen was most informative upon initial contact and she patiently answered all my questions. Billy became my person of contact and what a wonderful experience in working with him. He was most calming, attentive and paid attention to detail. On the day of the service he was present and involved from beginning to end. A job well done with the programs and its accompaniments, the pictures that were displayed upon entering and the other items received upon completion of the service. A most beautiful touch were the releasing of the doves which my father and I helped to release. Thanks to everyone involved in the process. I would highly recommend this funeral home.

  The team at Sunset are absolutely phenomenal. They are professional, courteous, caring , very informative and best of all.. truly good people. Charlie has done an outstanding job in assembling a group of people who treat your family like their family. Every encounter has been like interacting with one of my family members..full of positivity with a calming approach of “We will get through this together”. I would be amiss if I didn’t give a very special recognition to Mary T. , Kimberly M. and Amanda for going above and beyond in assisting me in uplifting my wife’s spirits after our loss. Ladies, your efforts will always be remembered and forever appreciated. I highly recommend the services of the Sunset Funeral Home & Memory Gardens if you are looking for a place where the staff are more interested in your well being and family than just pushing to make a sale!
