Advanced Oral Surgery of Tampa

My experience there was definitely a 5/5. Dr. Edwards and his staff are very professional and kind. I took out 3 wisdom teeth and the process was amazingly quick! I didn’t suffer from any pain or serious swelling. They give very specific post-procedure instructions. The price was very reasonable too. Everything worked out perfectly!😁

All around great experience, they were able to get me in right away whenever other offices were scheduling a month out. All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I was completely comfortable! And the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Advanced Oral Surgery of Tampa!

Came here upon referral from my regular dentist to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Edwards covered all of my concerns during my initial consultation, the day of the surgery was a breeze and recovery went well. Had a follow up visit about a week later for peace of mind. Great overall experience, would definitely recommend but can't do it again (don't have any more wisdom teeth).

I've only been in for my consultation/first visit. I'm not great at the dentist and I normally skip out on appointments where I can. I had a root canal/crown back when I was 22 and didn't really take care of it. I've been living with a broken tooth for years. I have gone to several dentists in the past who all recommended an implant. I finally made the appointment, thanks to great insurance.

From the beginning, this office took exceptional care of me. I didn't have my referral (which was a year and a half old anyways) and they called my dentist's office to obtain it for me. After my scans, I was talked through everything. Turns out, I do not need an implant at all! Since it is my last molar on the bottom, that tooth isn't necessary and a simple extraction will solve my problems. They also recommended taking out the tooth above it (also not a needed tooth), to prevent any issues with the tooth growing down or turning and to prevent cavities and issues with my other upper molar. They offered me IV sedation, which I will definitely be using. They also offered me "chill pills" to take before coming in for the surgery. I left with a prescription for the chill pills, hydrocone for pain, and ibuprofen for swelling. I was able to fill them ahead of time so I'm ready day of. I also received a tip sheet for day of and what to expect when I come in.

The entire team was great. During the whole process, I was able to ask questions. The team really spent time with me and went over all my options and details. By the end of my appointment, my insurance had been verified and I was made aware of my financial obligations. I was able to book an appointment that day for a small deposit. I'm looking forward to having this finally handled!

I have only gone in for a consultation on a wisdom tooth extraction, but the professionalism and quality of care is apparent. I feel really comfortable letting them take out my wisdom teeth. They made me feel really comfortable with the procedure. The facility is lovely. Will report after the procedure.
