LA motors may not have the flashiest location or a beautiful showroom, But they have the greatest thing that anyone in this industry can have-. Integrity. A few minutes after we drove our jeep off the lot the check engine light came on. There were issues with the windshield wipers and one side of the heater did not work. They stood by their product. They wanted a happy customer. The cost to fix the heater was probably significant. Man, does it work great now, but they could have been horrible. I expected no less, but integrity is important to them. That is a rare quality to find in the used car industry. If you are thinking of buying a used car. Visit these guys. “The guys at Ideal RV's had a camper listed for sale and I took a leap of faith driving 4 hours to see it. They ensured me they would hold and and prep the camper for my viewing. This was not a high dollar purchase and they met me at 5pm. I took about an hour to look it over and we agreed on a sale. By this time my wife and 1yr old were exhausted. They treated us like family and amusingly entertained our child while completing the paperwork and preparing the camper to travel. These guys stayed extremely busy handling all aspects of the process as a small family business so I can see some of the perspective of the negative reviews, but I would work with these guys again and just cut them some slack.”

“The experience that I had here was great! The owner is a no BS kinda guy(which I like), but very down to earth. He has understanding for situations. He's the type of guy that will work with you if you're down and out and get you into a good reliable car for cheap payments you can afford. He walked me through all that paperwork I needed for bank financing, faxed it out to about 20 banks and within 15 minutes we had great offers to pick from on the car I wanted. I noticed that he doesn't put up with time wasters and tire kickers, don't blame him, he's been in the business a long time. He'll sit you down, ask you like 3 minutes worth of questions about your income, give you a list of cars you could drive off today in, and if you like one of the probably 30 within your price range that he has to offer, you're good to go!
