“I hit a curb with a gutter and it ripped off my valves stem. Anyway I was able to limp the car to a parking lot and put my donut on. Seeing it wasn’t no damage to the rim or the tire I took it to Pep Boys or Boyette. I work till six so I called them to make sure that they could fit me in before seven when they closed. They told me to bring it in and we’ll take a look at it. So I did and I pulled it around there wasn’t 15 minutes and it came in the shop and said you’re good to go. I asked him how much do I owe, they said nothing,it is free of charge. I about fell over. I’ve never seen an auto shop that actually did something for free! Actions speak louder than words ….five star rating outstanding people. An honest shop not trying to make a buck lying to people.”

“Mitanix is by far and wide the best repair facility I have ever done business with. I brought my Land Rover to them to have a major overhaul done due to high mileage and age. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday and they performed all the work within the exact time line they set (1 week), communicating the entire time with videos and phone calls. This was also during 4th of July weekend! They offered advice, did not try to sell me items or services I didn’t need, and offered me breaks on items that should be replaced while the major service was in process. In a world where it is difficult to find a trustworthy, fair, quality and efficient service shop, it’s nice to know mitanix is there and willing to help. They are experts in their field and have gained a customer for life. Comfortable, stress and worry free, the way it should be. I would rate them 10 stars if available. 7/11/19.”

“I took my Altec boom to this service center with a myriad of malfunctioning issues. Once repairs were made, they called to pick the truck up. One hour into the next job, there was an issue. I called Danny, the shop manager, and he acted quickly to get us straightened out. Literally within 30 minutes, he and another mechanic arrived at the job site. There was a minor glitch, but these guys knew just what to do, had us back to work in no time.
