“There are so many reasons why Dr. Kaiser is the best. He really cares about his patients. He takes his time at each visit giving you ample time to ask any questions you may have , explains everything in a manner that you can understand and does not make you feel bad for it. Someone else mentioned that appointments usually run an hour behind. We found the same, but it's because he takes his time and treats each patient with respect. It is worth every extra minute we are there. We just play on our phones or tablets while we wait. He does NOT use nurse practitioners. He does all the work himself. He is extra cautious when it comes to the care of the children he treats. He went the extra mile with our insurance company until they agreed to cover my daughters necessary medications and treatments. He has a quirky and sweet bedside manner. He is neither arrogant or pretentious as so many doctors are. We are beyond grateful to have him as my daughters G.I. You want this man on your side. Vanessa (one of his nurses) who is incredibly sweet and very helpful has gone out of her way to help us is an extra very welcomed bonus.”

“I do my best to be honest. I have MS. The Doctor I see has been treating me for over 22 years. When I first started seeing him, I was in and out of a wheelchair. He asked me to participate in a drug trial. It involved 3 different injection meds. Every day I felt like I had the flu. When that feeling went away, it was time for another shot or shots. I did this for 3 years. I noticed I wasn't relapsing like I did before. I was staying in remission longer. When I did come out of remission, it was difficult and painful, but it didn't take me all the way down. We finally got the results from the drug trial last year. It was a success. Had it not been my Doctor begging, pleading and so concerned about me, I would not have been in the trial. I would be in a wheelchair. I still have flare ups. I also have a Doctor who knows what he is doing. He treats all of his patients equally.”
