“Had a great visit! From the covid check-in when i entered to the services payment as i was leaving.Covid person was polite and professional. The seating was properly distanced and everyone was masked. I waited 21 minutes to be seen, and was not happy! I was greeted by Cheyene and led to a room. She was pleasant and you could see her great big smile coming right through her mask. Jokingly I told here that it was unusual to be kept waiting. She said she was sorry. She must have thought that I was a nut case because I was met right on time for my appointment. i had misread my appointment time. I apologised and told her that that was why i was there, I couldn't see my note re the correct appointment time. She answered all of my questions, laughed at my jokes and told me about her life plan. I asked her those kinds of questions. She was excited about working at Eye Associates. She made my day a bit brighter! Thank you Cheyene!
