I will definitely be ordering from them again very soon! (Although, Y'all do need a new Greeter... He gawked at me and it was like he didn't understand anything I said. He was quite rude in my opinion. I won't hold that all against you though because I know how hard it is to find good help nowadays.)”

Dr. Rubinstein is the first exotic veterinarian that I have had the pleasure of meeting that has taken the time to get to know me and my pets and explains anything he observes and does. He is kind, caring, and punctual and treats me and my pets with respect always. He does many things free of charge, which means so much to me as a current college student.
