“We drive well over an hour from Winter Haven to use Kids Smiles. The primary reason we do this: this practice is unique in allowing parents into the rooms with the children during the procedures. Dr Mia Kwon is fantastic. Our twins love her personality, she takes the time to explain everything and shows the kids the instruments she uses. She is VERY good at putting kids at ease. She also very patiently addresses any and all questions that my wife and I have. I highly recommend this practice for your kids.”

I do not think I have ever waited more than 25 or 30 min at most and that would have been rare. I have been a patient of Doctor Hauser's since the spring of 2010. I am confident in him as well as Kelly Hussy whom I have been working with since this new center opened. I am sorry to hear of anyone having to wait a long time, especially someone with Parkinson's or Alzheimer's that could be very uncomfortable. At this point they have allot of clerical staff and try very hard to have a great rapport with their new patients, trust me. Their web site talks about the founder and the patient model they seek as a company, very interesting. Free transportation is provided as well within ten miles.
