“All my life I have wished I could eat whatever I wanted and not gain weight. Denise has proven I was looking at the wrong side of the equation. Instead of having calorie-free food, we have just adjusted the “whatever I want” aspect. Six weeks ago, I had my first session with Denise. Since then, I have effortlessly lost 11 pounds by eating exactly what I want. This “diet” has included chocolate cake, steak, ice cream, wine and many other fabulous foods along with a lot of fruits and vegetables. The big difference? I am stopping after a few bites of dessert, half or less of the entrée on dinner and a small glass of wine. I can suddenly leave food on the plate! I can hear my husband getting a snack and not instantly have to eat. I am only eating yummy things and only when I am actually hungry. I have CONTROL over my eating. It’s been wonderful and easy. The last 6 weeks also included a week of vacation. I came home, stepped on the scale and was 5 pounds heavier. Normally, that would be a diet disaster. This time I just stuck with my new eating habits and the travel weight was gone within the week along with an extra pound to boot. I am 54 years old, reasonability fit and a regular exerciser. But I’ve always run toward the heavy side of a healthy weight and often gain 15-20 pounds very quickly in times of stress and then spend years trying to get it off again. I was on an uphill run when I called Denise. After the initial “water weight” loss, I’ve continued to lose about a pound a week after 2 sessions with Denise. I am confident that I will continue to lose weight until I reach my goal and fit into the fabulous dress I’ve purchased per the program’s instructions. My friends are already noticing the difference and asking for her contact information. There have been some side benefits. Listening to her MP3 every night is very relaxing and a great way to end the day. I think I’ve been getting the best sleep of my life and I’m already a sound sleeper. I also instantly gave up drinking Coke Zero. I was drinking 6-pack or more of soda per day and I stopped completely after the first session. I’m now drinking plain water and liking it. This wasn’t a major health concern for me but it’s better for my skin, bones and general hydration. All of these are things I truly wanted to do and sessions with Denise gave the extra help I needed to pull it off. I highly recommend her.”

“There are so many reasons why Dr. Kaiser is the best. He really cares about his patients. He takes his time at each visit giving you ample time to ask any questions you may have , explains everything in a manner that you can understand and does not make you feel bad for it. Someone else mentioned that appointments usually run an hour behind. We found the same, but it's because he takes his time and treats each patient with respect. It is worth every extra minute we are there. We just play on our phones or tablets while we wait. He does NOT use nurse practitioners. He does all the work himself. He is extra cautious when it comes to the care of the children he treats. He went the extra mile with our insurance company until they agreed to cover my daughters necessary medications and treatments. He has a quirky and sweet bedside manner. He is neither arrogant or pretentious as so many doctors are. We are beyond grateful to have him as my daughters G.I. You want this man on your side. Vanessa (one of his nurses) who is incredibly sweet and very helpful has gone out of her way to help us is an extra very welcomed bonus.”
