They offer hot stone massages, deep tissue massages, and Swedish relaxation massages as well as various other services including decompression, sports massage, and even prenatal. They offer 30 min, 1 hour, and hour and a half sessions. I highly recommend Katie. Very professional.”

The booths are different sizes to accommodate individuals or small groups, and there are even booths with exercise equipment. The owner, Sheila, is extremely knowledgeable and such a nurturing and wonderful human being. She genuinely cares about you feeling better and makes sure you are comfortable for your visit.
