“I have used this company twice and have been very happy with them both times! They will pick up your dirty rugs and bring them back looking new! They just dropped off my seven year old area rug and I can’t believe how great it looks. I truly thought it was on it’s last leg, but now I think I’ll get a few more years out of it. The guys (Edwin and Torey) who picked up and dropped off the rugs were prompt, friendly and made sure the rug was right where I wanted it with the furniture position back perfectly in place. “I love this store. It's an older, smaller store. Sometimes it is quite crowded and very busy. The associates here are nothing less than top notch. Today, the day before Thanksgiving, they were so very busy. I was waiting in line to check out. The elderly woman in front of me was searching her purse for a few more dollars She came up short. At this point the cashier Ty-Anna reached into her pocket and quietly said "Don't worry, I have $5.00". She paid the remaining balance for the woman. I was touched by her small act of kindness. I hope Publix recognizes this young lady and all their awesome crew.”
