The lady who answered ( I think she’s the owner) was so friendly and very helpful. Soon as made the purchase she mailed the package right out to me, took two business days. I ordered the Disco Diva costume cause I’m having a 70s disco birthday party and this costume is perfect for it.. The only thing is the pants are long cause I’m 5’2. I’m going to have them hemmed, the material of costume is very nice and soft. It’s very pretty on me.”

“I've been to this gas station since its been changed and they have this new girl who works in the morning black girl she's always smiling and playing some old school funk which brings nice vibe to everyone that be there. She's the best I've seen come through there and that's happy to be there. She's fast she works two registrar some days as if it's actual two people. She's the reason I want to keep coming and told my workers to start using their gas and grab breakfast all at the same time from Dunkin which she keep business there too because the positive vibe inside the store itself. I've heard customers ask her for her music and etc. Keep her around your store continue to grow. I see the difference.”

Some of the things I loved: Make an appointment for drop off, instead of letting your computer be a placeholder for days until they get to it. Filling out the relevant info on a printable sheet on the computer in the lobby, so there's NO confusion about what you need, want or expect with estimate, very honest and above board, gives a great feeling of confidence even before work starts. Chris is a straight shooter, very meticulous, knowledgeable and thorough, easy to talk too, grade A tech! Mykala, the office manager was very helpful and patent with me, as well as professional. Now, let's get down to the nitty gritty. The actual work..! I was using a factory CPU fan on an 11700k, and big shocker, it was running hot. So, I purchased a Deepcool AK620 air cooler and asked them to put it on for me. Not only was this done in a very timely, efficient manner, it was done very expertly! They took pictures throughout the job, which I LOVED so they could explain everything they did very clearly. Honest, ethical, willing to explain patiently, answers questions, does everything right the 1st time. They made sure to show me it was running, gave me all my old parts, boxes from the newly purchased cooler, everything! Very fair, honest pricing for fantastic, honest work. All around, great experience. The pictures I've shared are from them, and the stages of work they performed, from start to finish. Clearly showed causation, and the finished job. My new gaming rig is now purring like a kitten, cool as a cucumber, instead of shrieking like a banshee with that factory fan at 4k rpm. Thanks a ton, guys, you REALLY came through for me!
